from today, i will be posting an article daily on Backend Engineering concepts, this will be from the very scratch of things, to advanced, in which ever topic if its needed, This will not include much of devops part, and will majorly focus on Backend.

Okay so here is a thing, Dev life is going good, Happy in my current place, building something of my own, with one of my friend by side, but DSA makes me active, so why not just 2 hours in the morning to make my brain go ooh lala !!, haha, so i will try to dedicate 2 hours of problem solving daily, and will be posting in points of what I learnt today !

Man, this year, Out of the many goals i wrote down for 2026, One was, to make a instgram channel of my own go to 10k followers, But taking out time, and doing content creation , that too just not anything, but something that comes from within, so that you can follow it long, with less effort, is a bit toughhhh

This all was so good to know man, I mean, I used to study in my college that the os does this, it yk allocates memory, and this that, process management, and internally it must be using sys calls to do all of this, even when we talk about docker, it must be just creating a namespace, dropping it in cgroups and then, yk trimming some capabilities down and surely a bunch of other things, but now its not something that i have no idea of, what happens beneath sooo yess cool stufffff
ayyo learnt about the costumes a process wears to become a container, and those are : Namespaces , which define what a process can see stored in node id numbered format, and there are total 12, cgroup, hostname, network, etc, and then there are cgroups, which define what a process can see, and i was amazed by the fact that these are literally directories inside sys/fs/cgroups, and to each directory the kernel allocates certain files for specific resources like memory, disk i/o, and we can manually set cap by writing in those files, and then we can add pid's for specific processes to belong to that c group, and then there is capabilities, which defines the set of permissions, a process can have, and this functionality actually helped in splitting the "root" and normal , all or nothing permission set to 40 different permissions !!!
I think regression pipelines are something every one should take care of man, I mean, why do you not want to resolve something that is broken, some one who introduced that pipeline to catch those regressions aint gonna maintain it throughout the lifetime, if you see something failing, and probably some environment issue, fix itttt. !!!!!!

Ahh, completely offguard, have to understand and read about Cgroups but this site revamp took time !!!!
